True to the name Tonbo Meadow, at the rear of the community there is a one acre meadow park for the private use of those in the community as well as a community recreation building. Spend quiet evenings enjoying the company of your friends and neighbors or early mornings with coffee and your favorite book. With only one entrance and one street entering the community, this space located at the back of the community offers a natural and safe environment to enjoy the outdoors.

Spend some time working in the community garden space planting or cultivating the plants, knowing that in just a short while you will be enjoying the fruits of your labor as you create your favorite dishes with the freshest ingredients you could imagine!

We've designed and designated this area as a place to gather and enjoy the company of neighbors, friends, and family. Designated natural-surface trails and bridges will surround the community, providing access to the communities natural recreation areas. One of the existing barns from the farm will be renovated to function as a remote screened porch at the top of the meadow, the perfect location for stargazing or simply enjoying the long summer nights. Supplemental native planting will enhance the existing wildlife habitat and offer opportunities for bird- and butterfly-watching, or just enjoy the natural canvas painted by nature.
