REDLINE ENGINEERING

Redline Engineering - and no we don't make the bicycles.

Gary McCabe from Redline EngineeringGary McCabe is the principal design engineer for Tonbo Meadow and the science behind the wetland and rain garden design. He graduated from NC State’s prestigious School of Engineering, with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, and has nearly 10 years of experience focused in Land Development, Municipal Infrastructure, Civil Site Design, Stormwater Management, Wastewater Collection and Treatment, and Water Distribution Systems.

In June of 2007, Gary founded Red Line Engineering, P.C. and was immediately recruited by Pam and Brad to join the design team, making Tonbo Meadow a breath of fresh air for Low Impact Development (LID) in Wilmington and for Red Line Engineering. Gary remains on the cutting edge of Low Impact Development by maintaining close ties with the faculty of NC State, primarily Dr. William (Bill) F. Hunt, III, P.E., and Jason D. Wright of the NCSU – BAE Department. Gary’s expertise assures that the overall design of the low impact storm water management systems not only meet but exceeds the requirements of local and state authorities. Gary is currently awaiting his first child any day now, wish him luck! Go Wolfpack!
