  • Metal Roof & Rain Barrel System

Rainwater tanks are installed to make use of soft rain water for home use, reduce mains water use, and aid self-sufficiency. In arid climates, rain barrels are often used to store water during the rainy season for use during dryer periods. Tanks can also be used for retention of stormwater.

  • Mini Split Ductless Heating and Cooling

Mini Split ductless heating and cooling system for Superior Indoor Air quality and a quiet, economical, comfortable home.

  • Spray in Foam Insulation

Icynene® is the leading 100% water-blown foam insulation that minimizes air leakage for increased energy efficiency, creates a healthier indoor environment, reduces airborne sounds and offers greater design freedom. Icynene® maintains its performance with no loss of R-Value over time. It does not shrink, sag or settle. Icynene® adheres to most construction materials and is the perfect insulation for walls, attics, ceilings and floors.

  • Tankless Water Heaters

Tankless water heaters work by directly heating water on demand, as it is required. Unlike traditional hot water heaters using a storage tank, the tankless units have no storage tank and thereby have no standby heat loss. Standby heat loss is the heat lost and energy wasted by heating water only to store it in a tank and is characteristic of traditional hot water heaters. Avoiding standby heat loss is primarily how tankless water heaters make their claim of being energy efficient.

  • Solar Energy

When you use solar energy in your home, you will save money in the long run. After all, energy from the sun is free once you have purchased your solar panels or solar lights, etc. There are even some financial incentives from the government that can reduce your cost. And if you do not use as much energy as your solar system uses, you can sell that extra energy to your utility company. When you use solar energy, you are no longer affected by the supply and demand of regular fuel.
